- Recruited a community of over three hundred SHL Associates, including faculty and students
- Held well over 200 events, bringing together academics from all disciplines, creative practitioners, industry, and all kinds of communities, to participate in politically-engaged and outward-facing dialogue and projects
- Won at least twenty-five funding awards, worth over £2.5m
- Bid actively, submitted over £30m worth of SHL-flagged proposals
- Continued to publish world-leading research in the digital humanities and other fields
