  • Grown from a team of six to over thirty
  • Generated over twenty new posts at Sussex University
  • Recruited a community of over three hundred SHL Associates, including faculty and students
  • Held well over 200 events,  bringing together academics from all disciplines, creative practitioners, industry, and all kinds of communities, to participate in politically-engaged and outward-facing dialogue and projects
  • Won at least twenty-five funding awards, worth over £2.5m
  • Bid actively, submitted over £30m worth of SHL-flagged proposals
  • Continued to publish world-leading research in the digital humanities and other fields
